We are a well-established and growing rehabilitation practice serving Suffolk County with a mission to deliver comprehensive, compassionate, and cutting-edge care. We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist to join our team on a part-time / per diem basis, with hours available at one or both of our locations in Bay Shore and Patchogue.

Position Overview

The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical interest and experience in :

• Neurorehabilitation
• Stroke and spasticity treatment
• Amputation rehabilitation
• Orthopedic and musculoskeletal rehabilitation
