StartDate : ASAP Available Shifts : Regular 8 Pay Rate : $206.61 - $223.65

This facility is seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details & requirements for this opportunity :

• Available Shift Length and Scheduling Requirements : Monday - Friday 7 : 30a - 3 : 30p + call
• Required Cases : High-Acuity Cases - Mostly General, endoscopy
• , orthopedics, urology, high-risk obstetrics (including VBACs), gynecology, Cancer, Liver. Some Vascular, Ear Nose Throat, Radiology with Anesthesia, Cosmetics, Podiatry, Pulmonary, very light Cardiac (TEE, lungs and major vascular).
• Electronic Medical Record (EMR) : Medaxion
• Care Team (and ratio) or Independent : MDs onsite but CRNAs work independently
• Credentialing Timeframe : up to 90 days
• License required or willing to license : Active Indiana License required
