LHH has partnered with a reputable client in the Louisville area to identify an Accountant for their team. With this opportunity you will be joining a small family oriented environment.
Responsibilities :
- Manage all administrative office functions including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll and Bookkeeping.
- Complete on boarding and processing new hires, including coordinating background checks and employee eligibility verification.
- Perform clerical duties such as answering phones, maintaining company files, ordering supplies, and managing petty cash account.
- Assist with Asset and Inventory Management.
Qualifications :
3+ years of accounting experience.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and accounting ERP systems.Additional Details :
