• Summary

We are seeking a full-time Litigation Attorney with 5+ years of business litigation or civil litigation experience to join our team. This position offers meaningful client contact, litigation work in both state and federal courts. You will work primarily in office, with the possibility of a hybrid work arrangement depending on experience and performance. Ideal candidates will be client-focused, team-oriented, and eager to grow with the firm. A signing bonus may be available.

• Responsibilities
• Handle sophisticated litigation work in state, federal, and other courts.
• Draft pleadings, legal documents, and conduct discovery.
• Represent clients in court proceedings, hearings, trials, and depositions.
• Maintain direct communication and interaction with clients.
• Provide compassionate, effective legal counsel.
• Requirements
• Active member in good standing with the California State Bar.
• 5+ years of litigation experience required.
• Excellent writing, research, and courtroom advocacy skills.
• Strong interpersonal and client-relations skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines.

Pay : $170,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
