About the Job
Brightly, a Siemens Company is looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Vice President of Marketing and Communications to join the Brightly team. This position will work directly with the Chief Executive Officer and Executive Leadership Team and will have responsibility for driving a diverse set of strategic go-to-market, communications, value proposition, and product marketing initiatives spanning the Brightly software and digital services portfolio globally. You will leverage Siemens global brand, infrastructure and services to establish Brightly as a global player in Asset Lifecycle Management across our broad set of industries. You will be at the forefront of helping to clarify fast-moving strategic priorities, tackle operational challenges and drive growth and innovation. The successful applicant will foster a high performing marketing and communications team creating a culture of mentoring and nurturing. Brightly is a high growth organization working on software that is changing the world.

The pay range for this position is $275,000 - $353,000 and the annual incentive target is 40% of the base salary. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications and premium geographic location.
