POSITION SUMMARY

The Teller I is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service by efficiently processing financial transactions and maintaining compliance with all Bank policies and procedures. This role contributes to customer experience by providing prompt, accurate, and courteous service while identifying opportunities to refer customers to appropriate banking products or services.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following :

Transaction Processing & Customer Service

• Portray a positive company image through professional and friendly customer interactions
• Listen actively to customer inquiries to determine appropriate service actions
• Refer customer questions regarding products or services to the appropriate team member
• Accurately process a variety of customer transactions, issuing receipts and maintaining detailed records
• Cash checks and pay out funds after verifying signatures, balances, and other account information
• Maintain daily balancing of cash drawer using counting machines or manual verification
