Thomasnet.com is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Campaign Manager to lead the development and execution of auction-based optimization strategies for our top-tier clients. This role requires a data-driven approach to campaign management, strong analytical skills, and the ability to navigate ambiguity while working collaboratively across teams to achieve client goals. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in campaign management and optimization, with a proven track record of delivering measurable results in high-pressure environments.

Responsibilities :

• Campaign Strategy Development : Design and implement auction-based optimization strategies tailored to client needs and business objectives
• Performance Monitoring : Analyze campaign performance metrics to ensure alignment with client KPIs, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing actionable solutions
• Client Relationship Management : Collaborate with clients to understand their goals, provide regular updates, and recommend strategic adjustments for optimal outcomes
• Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with internal teams (sales, product, analytics) to align campaign strategies with broader organizational goals
• Optimization Execution : Operate and manage auction-based campaigns for top clients, ensuring adherence to best practices and continuous improvement
• Data Analysis & Reporting : Leverage analytics tools to generate insights, track ROI, and present performance reports to stakeholders
• Process Improvement : Identify inefficiencies in campaign workflows and implement process enhancements for scalability and effectiveness
• Market Research : Stay informed about industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging technologies to maintain competitive advantage
