Position Summary
The Lead Clinical Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and hiring individuals interested in working with children on the Autism Spectrum for hard-to-fill job openings. Those candidates are or will become BCBAs (Supervising Clinicians) who build client programming and directly supervise a team of Behavior Technicians. ABA Therapy is a Surgeon General approved and peer-reviewed science that shows a significant impact across social and functional living skills for children and young adults on the Autism Spectrum.
Success Measures
Success measures include adherence to Centria policies, flawless execution of tasks, and meeting or exceeding personal qualitative and quantitative key performance indicator (KPI) metrics such as achievement of hiring numbers for Supervising Clinicians, time to fill positions, and early-stage turnover.
Rate
65,000.00 - $75,000.00 plus bonus opportunity
Duties and Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic and innovative sourcing, recruiting, and branding strategies with clearly defined objectives, desired outcomes, diverse professional organizations and networking, social networking, Boolean searches, candidate referrals, agencies, etc.
In coordination with the Senior Manager / Director of Recruiting, evaluate the effectiveness of current programs and processes and make recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications
Education / Licenses
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
Work Experience
Experience as a sourcing professional or full-cycle recruiter

Physical Demands
While performing the duties of this job, physical requirements such as bending, reaching, lifting, pushing, or pulling up to 30 pounds may be required. This role will require sitting most of the day as well as walking and standing periodically. This role may require close visual acuity on computer screens or monitors and the ability to analyze data and figures on a screen.
