IT Field Support Technician – Atlanta
Gr8ttek is seeking a regular Field Specialist to join its Infrastructure Delivery team. The role reports to the Territory Supervisor and involves hardware-focused, break-fix services and solutions on various client products. Candidates must have basic to moderately complex troubleshooting skills and the ability to make decisions based on established guidelines.
Responsibilities & Skills
- Communicate clearly in written and verbal form
- Accept and deliver all assigned service calls
- Complete all administrative tasks for each call
- Control and return of assets and inventory
- Provide functional guidance to colleagues
- Perform break-fix support for designated equipment
- Possess excellent customer service skills
- Meet other duties as required to support business needs
