Job Description
This role is field-based, and candidates must live in California, Washington or Oregon. Candidates are preferred to live in the Los Angeles, San Diego, San Franciso, or the Seattle area.
The Senior Manager is responsible for leading, inspiring, and developing a high energy team of Oncology Account Executives and will also serve as executive liaison between AbbVie and designated healthcare institutions including Large Oncology Practices, Academic Institutions, and selected IDN’s to handle the overall oncology business relationship and execute AbbVie’s oncology business strategy within the assigned geography.

The compensation range described below is the range of possible base pay compensation that the Company believes in good faith it will pay for this role at the time of this posting based on the job grade for this position. Individual compensation paid within this range will depend on many factors including geographic location, and we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. Salary : $137,500 - $261,000
