Tier 1 Help Desk Technician On-Site (In Office 5 Days / Week)
Direct-Hire / Full-Time
Overview :
We are seeking a motivated, entry-level Tier 1 Help Desk Technician to join our client's on-site support team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a desire to grow in the IT field. Responsibilities :
- Provide first-level technical support to end users via in-person, phone, and email interactions
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic hardware and software issues
- Assist with user account setup, password resets, and permissions in Windows 11 and Microsoft 365
- Support installation, configuration, and maintenance of desktops, laptops, and peripheral devices
- Document support requests, solutions, and follow-up actions in the ticketing system
- Escalate complex technical issues to Tier 2 / 3 as needed
- Maintain a professional, customer-focused attitude and ensure timely resolution of support requests
- Contribute to continuous improvement of help desk processes and knowledge base articles

Little to no prior IT support experience required-training providedBasic knowledge of Windows 11 and Microsoft 365 (O365)Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skillsAbility to work on-site Monday through FridayEagerness to learn, take initiative, and grow within the roleAbility to manage multiple tasks and maintain organization in a fast-paced environmentPreferred (but not required) :
Coursework or certifications such as CompTIA A+ are a plus
