Schedule : MondayFriday and occasional weekends as needed

What Youll Do

Serve as Clinic Director (DC) : Lead all aspects of the Renton facility patient care operations team culture community outreach.

Shape the business : Help design systems workflow and the patient experience that align with your belief in truly patient-centered care.

Be a community builder : Foster relationships with local partners develop outreach programs and grow our presence in the Renton area.

Mentor and grow a team : Hire develop and nurture staff. Your leadership will set the tone for our culture.

Drive performance : Metrics matter youll define and measure success with the support and reward structure to match.

You are a licensed Doctor of Chiropractic (D.C.) with experience leading or mentoring others (or a strong vision for doing so).
