As Lead Medical Technologist, you are responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of all test results through the effective direction of testing personnel in the Laboratory Department. You will operate within Flow Cytometry Lab, facilitating an inquisitive, creative and insightful culture in which your team can thrive in their roles. This position is an excellent way to advance your current research and leadership skills while working to make a lasting difference in patient care and treatment.
