Coverage Period : Ongoing
Clinical Shift Schedule : Monday Friday
On-Call Shift Schedule : 1 : 5 call rotation
Call Type : Rotational (newborn rounding only)
Call Ratio : 1 : 5

Patient Demographics : All ages; newborn rounding only

Patient Volume / Census : patients / day

Admissions : No inpatient admissions

Rounding : Newborn patients only

Phone Consults : Yes

Case Mix : General family medicine

FACILITY INFORMATION

EMR System : EPIC HIMSS Stage VII certified

Office Equipment Available : Standard outpatient clinic tools

Specialty Backup Available : Collegial group of system physicians

Support Staff Available : Integrated support team

Reason for Coverage : System expansion

Credentialing Timeline : days post-offer

General family medicine care

Newborn rounding

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Licenses : Active IN license (or ability to obtain)

Certifications : Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine, BLS preferred

Experience : Open to new grads; support for practice development

Other Qualifications : Comfortable in outpatient setting with EMR use (EPIC)

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide comprehensive outpatient family medicine care

Manage patient visits per day

Participate in newborn rounding and call rotation (1 : 5)

Maintain accurate documentation in EPIC EMR

Collaborate with colleagues in a supportive, collegial environment

Contribute to an expanding healthcare system with strong community ties
