Key Responsibilities Review processed orders to ensure accuracy and compliance with department guidelines Identify and document errors, inconsistencies, and areas for improvement in products and processing agents Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance agents' performance Required Qualifications 1 year of experience in similar positions Knowledge of G-Suite : Sheets, Docs, Slides, Forms Empathetic with good teamwork skills Open to new challenges in a rapidly changing environment Fluent and comfortable in English
