Job description

Kforce client is seeking an Administrative Assistant in Anaheim, CA. This position is Onsite Monday - Friday 8am-4 : 30pm. Responsibilities :

  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain General Manager's calendar
  • Maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical
  • Monitor emails, inquiry calls and response to internal employees
  • Prepare documents, reports and data entry
  • Support other team members with administrative tasks as needed
  • High School diploma / GED or equivalent required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Previous office administrative experience
