A company is looking for an Onboarding Technology Consultant. Key Responsibilities Provide executive technical onboarding support to new insurance agents and sales producers Image and ship computers to new end users for system access and education Schedule and conduct one-on-one consultations to guide users through initial log-in and security practices Required Qualifications 4-year Bachelor's Degree Ability to troubleshoot level 1 desktop support issues Comfortable reading and executing technical documentation Experience with applications such as MS Outlook and internet browsers Proven ability to follow up on unresolved onboarding issues
