Accounts Receivable Biller (MN)

Position : Accounts Receivable Biller

Responsibilities :

Billing for Skilled Nursing Facilities in Minnesota

Manages multiple facilities and multiple payers

Posts cash

Maintains basic knowledge of computer software and internet applications.

Assists in answering resident billing issues. And Private Pay Refunds.

Enter and maintain additional individual resident ancillary charges / services provided.

Ensures that all proprietary, financial, and resident information is kept confidential.

Attending AR meetings and triple check.

Respect and maintain confidentiality of the office, its records and restricted information.

Qualifications :

• Must have minimum 2 years of Minnesota billing experience for skilled nursing specifically

Experience needs to be in Minnesota Medicaid, Managed Medicaid, Medicare and Managed Care Programs.

Proficient in PCC

Ability to post cash in PCC

PCC Trust experience

Excel ability to run reports, sort items, etc from PCC.

Experience in Inovalon is preferred.

Managed Medicaid portals and how to navigate them.
