This role is perfect for surgeons who want a meaningful shift into academics. With minimal clinical volume, flexible scheduling, and the chance to mentor students in a modern learning environment, you'll enjoy a balanced, mission-driven position without the pressures of full-time surgical practice.

Position Highlights :

4 teaching days + 1 clinical day per week
80% teaching and simulation-based education
Competitive compensation + full benefits
240 hours PTO + flex / sick time
Onsite interview includes a 30-minute lecture
