Restoration Production Manager

Production Manager Opportunity

Servpro is the industry leader for restoration serving both the residential and commercial markets. Our territories are in Lower Bucks and Northeast Philadelphia. We need a Production Manager for a group of technicians.

Responsibilities Include :

• Management of multiple water, fire, and mold restoration job-sites
• Be organized with paperwork
• Ability to coordinate multiple schedules for multiple job-sites
• Be great with job-site scoping & documentation
• Handle the authorization forms needed for each job
• Be professional and courteous so that customers give us the highest marks for satisfaction
• Professional interaction with customers, including insurance adjusters, property owners, and property managers
• Handle coordination of scheduling jobs with technicians, customers, and subcontractors
• Ability & willingness to teach technicians and crew chiefs proper mitigation & cleaning techniques
• Simultaneously manage crews and multiple job-sites
• Hours are 8 to 5 plus overtime, as needed
• Valid driver's license and car
• Be 100% ethical and safe

Qualifications

Have experience and understanding of water, fire, mold, and other restoration and cleaning techniques

Management experience

High school diploma or equivalent

IICRC certifications such as WRT is a requirement. ASD & FSRT certifications are a plus

Willingness to learn and grow with the company

Job Type : Full-time

Salary plus commission. Range of $60,000-70,000 first year
