• 12-hour shifts 7a-7p, 7p-7a with possible 24-hour shifts
• Average of 1.5 1.7 patients per hour
• Level 3 trauma center
• ED staffed with 5 physicians and 3+ APPs daily
• 50,000 annual ER visits
• ATLS, PALS, ACLS, and BLS certification required
• Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
• Assignment details and time entry in online portal
