At TCM our strategy is grounded in utilizing industry specific platforms for property acquisition and development across multiple verticals to generate rental income, implement ancillary income streams, and capture long-term asset appreciation. Our primary portfolio platform is Middleton Meyers, which owns and operates 984 multi-family rental units in Charlotte, NC. At TCM, we are excited to be expanding into different real estate asset classes such as Industrial Outdoor Storage, Single-Family rentals, and distressed asset third-party management opportunities.

Job Summary :

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Residential Painter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in interior and exterior painting, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision. Youll

be responsible for transforming living spaces and helping bring our clients visions to life through high-quality finishes and craftsmanship.

Key Responsibilities :

• Prepare surfaces for painting by washing, scraping, sanding, and priming
• Apply paints, stains, varnishes, and other finishes using brushes, rollers, or sprayers
• Protect furniture, flooring, and other surfaces with drop cloths or masking tape
• Repair drywall or wood surfaces as needed before painting
• Ensure work areas are clean and organized at the end of each job
• Maintain a high standard of work quality and customer satisfaction
• Communicate effectively with clients, supervisors, and team members
• Follow all safety protocols and use protective equipment appropriately
