Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Manager to oversee daily clinical operations within a Skilled Nursing Facility. This role ensures high-quality resident care, supervises nursing staff, coordinates unit workflows, and supports regulatory compliance. The RN Unit Manager plays a key leadership role in maintaining a safe, efficient, and compassionate care environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day clinical operations on the assigned unit.
• Supervise and support nursing staff, including RNs, LPNs, and CNAs.
• Ensure high standards of resident care and regulatory compliance.
• Conduct assessments, develop care plans, and participate in interdisciplinary meetings.
• Monitor staffing levels, assign duties, and assist with scheduling.
• Provide clinical guidance, training, and performance feedback to staff.
• Respond to resident condition changes and coordinate appropriate interventions.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure adherence to facility policies.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
