Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist in Charge experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
Were seeking an experienced Hospital Pharmacist to step into an Interim Pharmacist-in-Charge (PIC) role at a modern 40-bed LTAC hospital in Oklahoma City, OK . This is a great opportunity for a pharmacist with inpatient experience whos ready to take on leadership responsibilities in a supportive and professional environment.
Schedule :
Monday Friday, 8 : 00 AM 4 : 30 PM
On-call after hours (return to pharmacy for emergencies as needed)
Key Responsibilities :
Oversee daily pharmacy operations and ensure pliance with state and federal regulations
Provide clinical and distributive pharmacy services to inpatients
Supervise and support pharmacy staff in maintaining high-quality care
Coordinate with nursing and medical teams to ensure safe and effective medication management
Manage inventory, medication storage, and record-keeping
Requirements :
Active Oklahoma Pharmacist License (in good standing)
Minimum of 1 year of inpatient hospital pharmacy experience (required)
Strong understanding of hospital pharmacy workflow and regulatory standards
Willingness to take on Pharmacist-in-Charge (PIC) responsibilities
Excellent munication and leadership skills
