An established outpatient rehabilitation clinic in Flagstaff, AZ is seeking a Full-time or Per Diem Physical Therapist to join its team on a flexible, as-needed basis. Compensation & Incentives

• Estimated Annual Earnings : $85,000 – $100,000 (dependent on availability and experience)
• Monthly Bonus Potential : $500 – $2,000 (based on RVU productivity)
• Sign-On / Relocation Incentive : $15,000 – $20,000 for full-time hires
