Therapist (Licensed or Unlicensed) — Mental Health & Substance Use Treatment

Schedule : Full-time | On-site

We’re seeking a compassionate, motivated therapist to join a mission-driven residential behavioral health program dedicated to helping individuals overcome substance use and co-occurring mental health challenges. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with clients in a supportive, structured environment and be part of a collaborative, multidisciplinary team focused on sustainable healing and recovery.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate individual therapy , group therapy , and family sessions using evidence-based treatment approaches.
• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments, develop treatment plans, and document progress in accordance with program standards and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in daily clinical team meetings and collaborate closely with case managers, medical staff, and peer support specialists.
• Provide crisis intervention, de-escalation, and safety planning as needed.
• Support clients in identifying coping strategies, relapse prevention skills, and long-term recovery goals.
• Maintain ethical and professional standards aligned with state regulations and organizational policies.
