SCL Site Counselors

Job Description

The Counselor role involves guiding individuals through their mental health journeys by providing compassionate support and therapeutic interventions for clients of all ages.

• Conduct individual and group counseling using techniques like CBT, psychodynamic therapy, and art therapy.
• Implement crisis intervention and perform comprehensive assessments to develop tailored treatment plans.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support clients with diverse needs, ensuring confidentiality and proper documentation.
• Facilitate family counseling and engage in clinical research to improve therapeutic practices.

Qualifications : Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field, with valid licensure. Experience with children, telehealth, and special populations is preferred.
