Job responsibilities and all required and preferred skills and requirements :

Perform a wide range of IR procedures including angiography, embolization, angioplasty, stent placement, biopsies, nephrostomy, biliary drainage, fistulograms / declots, thrombolysis / thrombectomy, vascular access, and GI / GU interventions.

Assist with hybrid OR procedures (preferred) and support special procedures including EVAR / TEVAR, TIPS, and chemoembolization.

Perform room circulation, scrub duties, sterile technique, equipment setup, vascular closure systems, and accurate monitoring.

Manage central and peripheral vascular access, ports, PICC lines, and perform EKG lead placement (preferred).

Maintain equipment, stock supplies, and use PACS and Pyxis medication system.

Certifications : BLS and ACLS required

License : ARRT VI and 3D imaging experience preferred; state license required.

Minimum 1 year IR experience; scrub and special procedures experience required.

Float between campuses as needed

Call required (5 weekday nights + 1 weekend per 6-week schedule).

Work with adult and geriatric patient populations (average daily census 7–15 cases).
