Reporting directly to the State Hospital Medical Director, you will conduct advanced psychiatric assessments, diagnose, and treat patients while administering specialized treatments and procedures. Your responsibilities will include :

• Developing and implementing individualized psychiatric recovery plans
• Collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Participating in performance improvement activities and committees
• Reviewing and analyzing system data to drive necessary changes for optimal care
• Leading discussions to inform and create buy-in for improvements
