Maintenance Manager

Our retail brands include Marzetti® dressings and dips, New York Bakery™ garlic breads, and Sister Schubert’s® dinner rolls, in addition to exclusive license agreements for Olive Garden® dressings, Chick-fil-A® sauces and dressings, Buffalo Wild Wings® sauces, Arby’s® sauces, Subway® sauces, and Texas Roadhouse® steak sauces and frozen rolls. Our foodservice business supplies sauces, dressings, breads, and pasta to many of the top restaurant chains in the United States.

Overview

Directs and manages all electrical and mechanical services for the facility and the maintenance of all production machinery / equipment, physical plant, utilities and grounds in accordance with federal, state and local regulations and company policies. Assures quality and safety while achieving established goals and objectives.

• Works respectfully with all team members to ensure the Safety, Quality, production and support of our products and goals on a daily basis.

• Actively participates in Marzetti Operational Excellence, special projects or tasks, and modification programs as needed with prior approval.
• Actively participates in department / shift / team meetings and is involved with improvement / resolutions & follow-up.
