EXECUTIVE HOME CARRE of SOUTH CHARLOTTE, a new non-skilled home health agency looking to hire an awesome, highly motivated, and passionate Registered Nurse (RN) who help us to build our operations from the ground up and to provide exceptional care to our clients in the comfort of their own homes.

The RN (Service Supervisor) administrator will be responsible for overseeing client cases and for leading a future staff of caregivers, as required by state regulations and other state and federal laws. This role starts with very few hours, remotely, allowing you to gradually ramp up your involvement as we grow. We’re looking for an RN who can help our agency obtain licensure and successfully open our doors!

QUALIFICATIONS :

Must be a Registered Nurse in the State of North Carolina for at least two years and hold an unencumbered license

Strong clinical judgement and ability to assess patient needs

Prior supervisory experience or confidence in leading and guiding support staff (CNA / HHA's)

Experience working with older adults or interest in geriatric care, preferred

Excellent interpersonal, communication and documentation skills

Highly organized, dependable, and comfortable working independently and remotely

Adaptable and open to working within a growing startup environment

  • Bonus - Background in home health, community health, or public health is a plus but not required. We're open to RN's from hospital, long-term care, or other clinical settings who are excited to explore this space.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES :

Conduct initial client assessments and develop individualized Care Plans

Provide ongoing case management, including 60-day in-home visits and 30-day check-in phone calls

Communicate effectively with clients, families, and care team members

Ensure proper documentation and compliance with state regulations

Promote safety, infection control, and quality standards across all care situations - Offer clinical support and guidance to caregivers in the field

Be available to respond to client issues or emergencies as needed

Collaborate closely with agency leadership as we build and grow
