As an Activation Consultant (Paid Media) at Indie Consulting, you will lead the execution and management of paid media campaigns across various platforms. Leveraging your 2–3 years of hands-on experience, you’ll translate strategy into effective digital activations—primarily across paid social—with an emphasis on performance and alignment with client goals. You will collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless campaign execution, reporting, and optimization. This role requires strategic thinking, analytical rigor, and a passion for digital media.

Responsibilities :

  • Lead planning, setup, and day-to-day management of paid media campaigns across platforms including Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest, and YouTube
  • Translate client goals into paid media strategies and tactical execution plans
  • Serve as the primary client media lead for designated accounts, building strong client relationships and trust
  • Manage client communications, expectations, and feedback loops to ensure campaign alignment with business objectives
  • Lead client-facing meetings and presentations, effectively communicating campaign performance and strategic recommendations
  • Execute campaign builds in alignment with industry and platform best practices
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, identifying optimization opportunities to improve ROI
  • Develop keyword strategies, ad copy variations, creative briefs, and testing frameworks
  • Deliver insightful and visually clear reporting to clients on a weekly and monthly basis
  • Manage budgets and pacing, ensuring efficient allocation across channels
  • Stay current on platform updates and emerging tools to inform strategic recommendations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure integrated marketing approaches
  • Support and mentor junior team members as needed

Requirements : Qualifications

  • 2–3 years of hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns, with a focus on paid social
  • Proficient in tools such as Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and campaign management dashboards
  • Strong analytical skills with experience turning data into actionable insights
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize across multiple accounts or campaigns
  • Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets; familiarity with Looker Studio or similar reporting platforms is a plus
