LifePro Recruitment, is expanding nationwide and looking for motivated individuals to join our growing team of remote sales professionals. Whether you’re new to sales or already licensed, we provide step-by-step training, mentorship, and all the tools you need to succeed.
What You’ll Do :
Connect with clients who have requested information about life insurance and mortgage protection
Conduct short phone or virtual consultations to understand client needs
Recommend affordable coverage options to protect families
Guide clients through the application process
Participate in ongoing training and development

New agents typically earn $40,000–$75,000 in their first year, with top performers earning $100K+
Requirements
Requirements : 0-1 years of experience in sales and marketing Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets Strong understanding of B2B sales and CRM Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Passion for building strong client relationships Knowledge of insurance products and industry practices
