Core responsibilities include ventilator management, airway care, arterial blood gas analysis, bronchodilator therapies, aerosolized treatments, and weaning and extubation support. You’ll perform respiratory assessments, develop and adjust treatment plans in collaboration with medical teams, and provide patient and family education to promote understanding and adherence.
