Job descriptionMust have Class A - CDL License Must have a Tanker Endorsement!! Must be able to Pass DOT drug screen and DOT physical. 5 plus years - CDL Driver experience Hazmat is desired, not mandatory. Lift objects of various dimensions and weights Ability to climb stairs, climb ladders, reach, squat, tolerate prolonged standing / walking, balance, bend from truck, crawl, kneel, push and pull objects. Distributor Truck Driver (CDL Class A) Tanker Endorsement!!
Job duties & responsibilities :
- Will be required to help on the Asphalt crew when not driving and assist with spraying tack oil and prime.
- Knowledge of and safe operation of truck.
- Hazmat is a plus.
- Ensures quality of product delivered Follows all safety and environmental procedures Assists other drivers as necessary- reports delays / problems to dispatcher Delivers product in a timely and safe manor following designated routes to and from job sites Driver is responsible for maintaining safe and mechanical operation of truck Must be able to operate all functions of tack oil or prime delivery; e.g., maintaining truck after each delivery and preparing for next day operation.
Must follow all DOT rules and regulations follow all rules and regulations as outlined by the Safety Department Must also wear personal protective equipment as required Qualifications :
