Position Summary

We're looking for a hands-on Marketing Generalist who can drive execution across a broad range of marketing initiatives, including event coordination, social media, CRM management, campaign execution, and marketing automation. This is a dynamic and versatile role suited for someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment, is both strategic and execution-oriented, and wants to make an impact across the full marketing funnel. This is a chance to wear many hats and grow your skill set rapidly.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Campaign Execution & Automation

  • Build, test, and deploy multi-channel campaigns using HubSpot and other tools.
  • Manage email marketing calendars and audience segmentation.
  • Support lead nurturing, scoring, and lifecycle automation flows.

Sales Enablement & CRM

  • Maintain and improve marketing data quality in Salesforce and HubSpot.
  • Align closely with Sales and ISRs to support campaign follow-up and pipeline development.
  • Create and maintain campaign dashboards and lead reports.
  • Event Management

  • Plan and execute company events including webinars, trade shows, customer dinners, and sponsored events.
  • Coordinate logistics (venues, shipping, invites, swag, booth builds, etc.).
  • Work with Sales to drive attendance and post-event engagement.
  • General Marketing Support

  • Assist in the creation of marketing materials (one-pagers, decks, landing pages).
  • Support content publishing and SEO updates on the website.
  • Coordinate with external vendors, designers, and agencies as needed.
  • Specific Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • 2–4 years of experience in a broad marketing role, ideally in B2B tech or SaaS.
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot (certification a plus) and Salesforce.
  • Proven track record in event planning and execution.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation workflows and lead funnel reporting.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills — able to juggle multiple deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Self-starter who thrives in a startup or scale-up environment.
  • Bonus Points

  • Experience working with intent data platforms (e.g., 6sense, Demandbase).
  • Skills in Canva, Figma, or Adobe Suite.
  • Knowledge of basic HTML / CSS or CMS tools (e.g., WordPress, Webflow).
  • Experience supporting Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs.
  • Special Conditions of Employment

  • Ability and willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 25% or more, as required by business needs
  • Valid passport & driver's license with no infractions that would limit ability to travel
