We are seeking a compassionate Hospice Admissions Registered Nurse to join our team as a Hospice Admissions Nurse throughout Harrisonburg, VA. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring a smooth and empathetic transition for patients and their families into our hospice care program. Your responsibilities will include assessing patient eligibility, explaining hospice services, coordinating admissions, and providing emotional support during a challenging time.
