Pay and More : $10,000 starting bonus ($5,000 with first paycheck, $5,000 at 90 days) $22 - $46 / hour (based on experience) Monthly performance bonuses Overtime at time and a half Annual Tool & Safety Shoe Allowance Work Schedules : First Shift : 8-hour shift (6 : 30 am – 3 : 00 pm) Second Shift (Flexible schedules $5 shift differential) Four 10-Hour Shifts 2 : 00 pm – 12 : 30 am Five 8-Hour Shifts 3 : 00 pm – 11 : 30 pm Requirements At least 2 years of diesel technician experience is required Current, valid driver’s license Ability to lift 50 - 100 lbs. and work in physically demanding positions (bending, kneeling, standing for long periods).
