Must have completed Behavior Specialist / ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1+ years Behavior Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This opportunity is for a full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support a K-12 school district in the Hartford, CT area. The role is offered as a contract for the current school year (CSY), with a schedule of Monday through Friday, 32-35 hours per week.

Responsibilities include :

• Leading the special education program as one BCBA, or providing general BCBA services district-wide.
• Writing functional behavior assessments and individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Collaborating with educators and staff to implement and monitor behavior plans.
• Providing expert guidance on behavioral strategies to support student success.
