An enterprise retail company is looking to bring on a Sr. Project Manager to help support their critical Product Data Hub Program. As the Sr. Project Manager, you will be supplementing the workload of the Program Manager managing this program. Daily responsibilities may include, but are not limited to :

• Managing product data integrations and integration testing
• Monitor project milestones and deliverables, proactively identifying and escalating risks, or delays to Program Managers.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration by organizing meetings and working sessions with internal teams and external vendors.
• Track and reconcile project budgets, process invoices, and support financial reporting in collaboration with finance and procurement teams.
• Coordinate the onboarding of project team members, including assigning roles, managing access permissions, and ensuring alignment with project timelines and deliverables.
• Creation and maintenance of project dashboards, status reports, and executive-level summaries to support effective stakeholder communication.
• Serve as a central point of contact for project-related inquiries, helping to streamline communication and reduce operational bottlenecks.
