Junior Landscape Architect

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform landscape architecture design under the close supervision of a senior landscape architect including hardscape detailing and grading.
• Participate in project related meetings to coordinate activities and communicate designs.
• Assist with preparation of landscape architecture deliverables including models, drawings and other project related documentation.
• Participate in field surveys, condition assessments and site investigations.
• Perform construction administration related tasks including submittal review, responding to RFI's and observation of construction related activities.

BACKGROUND & EXPERIENCE EXPECTATIONS :

Salary Range : $65,000 - $90,000. Individual pay will be based on several factors including experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant.
