About the Role :

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Billing Supervisor to join our team at Velazquez Pain Relief Center in Las Vegas, NV. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our billing processes.

Responsibilities :

  • Oversee the billing department, including staff supervision and training
  • Ensure accurate and timely submission of insurance claims and patient billing
  • Resolve billing discrepancies and issues with insurance companies and patients
  • Monitor and analyze billing metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimization
  • Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and compliance standards

    • Requirements :

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in medical billing or healthcare administration
  • Proficiency in billing software and electronic health records systems
  • Strong knowledge of medical coding and insurance claim procedures
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Certification in medical billing and coding is a plus
  • ASC Billing experience a plus
