As a Senior Product Manager on the Salesforce CIQ team, you will help our organization to define, lead and scale our product management function across our Salesforce Ecosystem. This role will serve as a critical bridge between product management, engineering, customer success, finance, marketing to ensure product delivery, operational excellence, data-driven decision-making, and seamless capability delivery to our customers.
Key Responsibilities of the right candidate :
Product Strategy & Execution :
Develop and implement scalable processes to support product planning, execution, and lifecycle management.
Drive cross-functional alignment on product strategy, goals, timelines, and deliverables.
Lead quarterly and annual product planning cycles, including CIQ / SF QBRs (Internal and External), OKRs and roadmap alignment.
Data & Insights :
Build and maintain dashboards and reporting frameworks to track product performance, adoption, and customer feedback.
Partner with the business, engineering and finance teams to assess product ROI and inform prioritization.
Product Process Optimization :
Define a governance mechanism and supporting processes to ensure the SF platform is being strategically utilized for usage and cost optimization.
Identify and eliminate inefficiencies in product development and release processes.
Standardize documentation, workflows, and communication across product teams.
Stakeholder Collaboration :
Act as a liaison between product, engineering, marketing, sales, and customer success to ensure alignment and transparency.
Support product launches with operational readiness, enablement materials, and feedback loops.
Team Leadership :
Mentor and manage over product operations and product management as a discipline.
Foster a culture of customer centric continuous improvement, collaboration, accountability that's grounded in data and insights.

Job Qualifications :
Education : Bachelor's degree in business, related field, OR equivalent.
Minimum Experience : At least 5 – 7 years of related experience with 2 years product and management responsibility, OR equivalent
