Your role involves comprehensive patient care through the nursing process, ensuring patient safety, and coordinating care with an interdisciplinary team. You will utilize your clinical decision-making skills and compassion to deliver the highest standard of care. Anticipate and recognize significant changes in patient conditions and collaborate effectively with healthcare team members.

Licenses & Certifications :

Current Registered Nurse license issued by the state of practice and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA).

Degrees :

Completion of an accredited nursing program.

Required Functional Experience :

Typically requires 1 year of experience in clinical nursing.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities :

Ability to deliver holistic patient care, make critical decisions confidently, and maintain effective communication and professional relationships within the team. Strong organization, prioritization, and problem-solving skills are essential.
