Salary Range : $48,000 - $68,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing and payment processing.
• Perform accurate and timely bank and credit card reconciliations.
• Process payroll, including wage calculations, deductions, and tax filings.
• Maintain the general ledger, posting journal entries for manufacturing costs and other transactions.
• Track and categorize expenses related to production, raw materials, and overhead.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements, such as P&L and Balance Sheet.
• Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.

Recommended Qualifications

Proficiency in core accounting principles and practices (GAAP).

Proven experience as a Bookkeeper, specifically within a manufacturing environment.

Strong understanding of inventory management and cost accounting principles relevant to manufacturing.

Expertise with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, NetSuite, QuickBooks Enterprise) and advanced Microsoft Excel.

Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping and reconciliations.

Bonus Qualifications

Experience with ERP systems commonly used in manufacturing (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).

Basic understanding of cost accounting principles, particularly related to inventory and COGS.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.

Prior experience with inventory management and tracking processes.
