Special Requirements : Required Work Setting Experience : MS / Tele, Telemetry, Cardiac Tele, PCU / DOU / IMC / Stepdown. Required Cardiac Monitoring and Emergency response : Interpretation of dysrhythmias, Management of dysrhythmias, Telemetry -on the unit monitoring, Telemetry- remote monitoring. Required Cardiovascular Case Skills / Experience : Post Cardiac Angiogram, Post MI, Pre / Post Cardiac Cath, Pre / Post Cardiac Surgery, Sheath Removal, TR band. Required Gastrointestinal Case Skills / Experience : Feeding tube care and management. Required Genitourinary / Renal Case Skills / Experience : Pre / Post Hemodialysis Management, Renal failure. Required IV therapy / Phlebotomy skills / experience : Accessing Ports, Arterial line management, Blood Product Administration, Central line care / management, Peripheral Line Care / Management, PICC line management, Starting IVs. Required Medication Skills / Experience : Heparin Protocols, Manage Cardiac drips- no titration, Manage Vasoactive drips-no titration, PCA, Titrate Cardiac drips, Titrate Vasoactive drips. Required Neurological / Psychiatric Case Skills / Experience : CVA. Experience with Surgical drains required. Required Respiratory Case Skills / Experience : Chest tubes-Emerson / Pleur-evac, External CPAP / BIPAP, High Flow Nasal Cannula (HFNC), Nasal Cannula, Oxygen face masks, Portable Oxygen tank, Non-invasive airway management. Required Professional Topics and Skills : Isolation Precautions, Wound Care / Wound Vac. Previous charge experience preferred. Cerner experience required. Teaching hospital experience preferred. Level I Trauma experience preferred.

Years of experience REQ : Minimum 2 years' experience required.\nWeekend REQ : Will work every other weekend\nCerts REQ : ACLS and BLS required.\nWill clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? Yes- will float to like units as needed.\nPending License accepted : No- must have active IL license to apply.\nRTO Restrictions : Ideally no more than 5 days.
