Job Details

We are seeking a skilled Real Estate Transaction Associate Attorney to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a lateral attorney to step into a busy practice and work on sophisticated real estate matters alongside a collaborative team.

Responsibilities :

• Represent clients in the acquisition, disposition, financing, and development of commercial and multifamily real estate assets
• Draft and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, leases, loan documents, and joint venture agreements
• Conduct title and survey review, due diligence, and closings
• Coordinate with lenders, developers, investors, and other stakeholders on complex transactions
• Manage multiple active matters and work closely with partners and senior counsel
