Work under the supervision of the Occupational Therapist to provide therapy services

Assist with implementing individualized treatment plans to improve resident independence

Deliver interventions that support daily living skills, mobility, and overall function

Accurately document treatment sessions and resident progress

Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to maximize patient outcomes

Support residents and their families with education and encouragement
