Job description

As a Bilingual Customer Support Specialist at Sherwin-Williams, you will play a crucial role in assisting both wholesale and retail customers with their needs, providing insightful answers about our wide range of products, and recommending tailored solutions that enhance their experience. Your commitment to resolving customer concerns swiftly will ensure maximized satisfaction and keep you updated with product features, all while maintaining our high visual and quality standards.

In this position, you will be responsible for achieving outstanding customer service while consistently meeting the store's sales goals. You're expected to interact with a diverse customer base, including minors, and will have access to cash, electronic equipment, and valuable merchandise. Therefore, a review of your criminal history will be conducted to protect our customers and uphold the company's reputation effectively.

The individual selected for this position will work at stores within a 5-10 mile radius of locations : 1003 W Chester Pike, West Chester, PA 19382 and 343 E. Lincoln Highway, Exton, PA 19341.

  • Deliver high levels of customer satisfaction through exceptional service.
  • Assist customers in person and over the phone by identifying their needs and presenting suitable products and services.
  • Cultivate productive trust relationships with customers.
  • Accurately process sales transactions in line with company policies.
  • Achieve and follow sales goals monthly, quarterly, and annually.
  • Maintain organized work order files and formulas.
  • Retrieve products from the sales floor or warehouse as needed.
  • Tint and mix products to meet customer specifications.
  • Stock shelves and set up displays to ensure a welcoming environment.
  • Keep store equipment clean and operational.
  • Assist with delivery logistics as required.
  • Ensure assigned areas are well-stocked and presentable.
  • Stay knowledgeable on available products and options.
  • Adhere to inventory control procedures.
  • Provide suggestions for sales improvements.
  • Minimum Qualifications :

  • At least 18 years of age.
  • Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
  • Ability to read, write, comprehend, and communicate effectively in English.
  • Proficient in reading, writing, comprehending, and communicating in Spanish.
  • Valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
  • Capable of lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. on occasion, with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Willingness to work scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Preferred Qualifications :

  • High School diploma or GED.
  • At least one year of experience in a delivery, retail, or customer service position.
  • Previous experience in selling paint and related products.
  • Experience operating tinting and mixing equipment.
