Nurse Practitioner

Vivo HealthStaff is recruiting for a Nurse Practitioner in the Chesapeake / Norfolk, Virginia market. This is a permanent position with salary and benefits.

Position Summary :

Our client is launching a new integrated kidney care program and is hiring its first Nurse Practitioner to help establish and shape the clinical model. This role requires flexibility, independence, and comfort working in a startup-style clinical environment. As the inaugural hire, the Nurse Practitioner will collaborate directly with senior leadership, influence clinical workflows, and help define how comprehensive kidney care is delivered. Strong performance will open pathways to future leadership as the program scales.

Compensation :

The role offers a competitive base salary along with additional compensation tied to predetermined clinical milestones. As the first NP in this new program, you will have a unique opportunity to contribute to and share in the success of a high-impact initiative.

Location and Schedule :

• Work across a portfolio of 3-8 dialysis centers in the Chesapeake / Norfolk, VA region
• Patient care primarily takes place between 8 : 00 AM and 5 : 00 PM
• Clinical autonomy to determine patient visit schedules and daily workflow
